Extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I felt completely safe and trusting of him even after significant dental trauma. His staff is also absolutely wonderful.

Dr. LoCascio approaches dental care like an artist, blending incredible technical skill with flawless aesthetic detail. He is the finest dentist we have ever encountered, and our family will exclusively visit his practice moving forward.

I started my dental process w/ Dr. Locascio and Staff in February of 2020. I cannot express enough to those seeking help w/ implants, dentures or restoring your smile… to please trust me, look no further- they are absolutely the BEST care for your investment. The Staff is above amazing and as much as I hated a Dentist chair in my earlier years; they made me part of the ‘family’ per se’ … My procedure was nothing less than first and foremost in Dr. Locascio’s vision of what he could do for me. I never felt uneasy or that things would not work out as promised. Again, Dr. Locascio and Staff are by far the BEST in Knoxville, TN for your implant or denture needs!

I was told Dr Locascio is the best, and I believe it. He is extremely professional and the best at what he does, while still being very personable. He will take time to answer all your questions. All the staff are friendly, efficient, and very helpful. They all make it a pleasure to go to the office. I highly recommend Dr Locascio and his staff for any work you need done.
